Summer Weddings

Since today, July 7, is my husband and my 30th anniversary, Rachel gave me the week off! In honor of our anniversary and all the other summer weddings, I wanted to take a minute and talk about weddings/anniversaries.

I love how wedding gifts have evolved over the years. While towels and sheets are great, you don't have to stick to standard gifts anymore. Even if you don't know the couple very well, personalized gifts add a special touch.

Another sweet idea is putting together a gift basket with a lovely frame, personalized blanket, wood block with the couple's name engraved, and a picture frame.

This sign is one of my favorites! What bride wouldn't love to receive this? Add a personalized note on the back and put the date of their wedding--this gives a special touch to an already wonderful gift!
